Atlantic Water Gardens a premier manufacturer of water feature products is currently seeking to add to our accounting department. We are currently located in Mantua however planning to relocate to Aurora in 4th quarter 2019 due to growth.

We are looking for an accountant/office assistant to assist in managing our day to day accounting/finance requirements and office administration. Excellent organization skills and technical accuracy in managing financial data are important qualifications for this position, as well as the ability to communicate clearly.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • QuickBooks experience

  • 3 years experience working in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger and payroll.

  • Experience in SAP a plus

Skills and abilities:

  • Skilled multi-tasker, reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word

  • Good knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.

This is a full time position Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Benefits include paid vacation and holidays, employer subsidized health insurance (after completing trial period), HSA, 401k with employer match.
