Inventory Control Specialist


  • Provide hands-on, timely transactional support for all incoming receiving inventories.
  • Conduct routine inventory count audits to ensure accuracy of on-hand inventory to SAP.
  • Research shipping problems and discrepancies with customer orders, determine root cause.
  • Work in collaboration with supply chain, production, and warehouse groups to develop and implement effective, systematic and sustainable methods for reduction of variance discrepancies.
  • Maintain inventory master data to ensure efficient stock placement and movement.
  • Oversee customer returns process.


  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing inventory with knowledge of auditing, forecasting and planning.
  • Position requires sitting for periods of time along with moderate physical activity of walking, kneeling, carrying, pushing, pulling and lifting
  • Must be able to move and lift 30-50lbs


  • Intermediate level PC skills of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of SAP a plus
  • Warehouse Management System experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collectively in team setting
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical ability, superior organizational skills, accuracy and attention to details.
  • Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume
  • Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Shipping & Logistics Team Member

You will help process LTL incoming and outgoing package shipments and activities.

Position requires lifting up to 50 lbs. Shipping/Receiving, 

Fork lift experience and certification is a plus.

Full Time position Monday thru Friday between 7:30am and 4:00pm. Benefits include paid vacation and holidays, employer subsidized health insurance (after completing trial period) and 401K with employer match.
